DESCRIPTION

Coffee break in the form of cake. Frothy light coffee mousse greets a dark, heady chocolate mousse and double layers of whisky-infused chocolate sponge cake, tender and moist to the bite. All enrobed in a supple coffee ganache with a shimmering dust of cocoa and snow sugar.
