Literally “the crown of chocolate,” our Couronne du Chocolat is crowned with a stunning ring of white chocolate shavings. Alternating layers of moist chocolate sponge cake and heavenly dark chocolate mousse are polished with a delicate coat of ganache and chocolate crumbs.
