Dive routes and diving

What is the meaning of North route, South route and Islands route?

  • North route is starting from Hurgadah or Sharm. The one starting from Sharm covers the area between Tiran and Gubal. The one starting from Hurgadah is covering the sites of Hurgadah till Ras Mohammed
  • South route is starting from Marsa Ghaleb and goes deep south till Satayah or St. john reef
  • Islands route is starting from Hurgadah and if it is one-week trip it covers the Brothers islands and Panorama reef and Shaab sheer and others. The two weeks trip is starting from Hurgadah and covers the Brothers and Zabargad and Rocky islands

How many dives can I make every day?

  • We make at least three-guided dive every day but if you are a good diver and you have a buddy whenever the boat is moored you can dive. You are only limited by your computer no dives with decompression stops. Your safety is our main concern

Do you have a tender boat?

  • Of course most of your dives will be made from our tender boat.

I was in Sharm last year on daily boat why will I make the north route if I have dived all the places?

  • First if you have been on a daily boat you did not dive the wrecks of the passage of Gubal.
  • Second and in my opinion which is very important is that the dive sites you have been diving you will find them totally different when you are on a Liveaboard. You will dive Jackson or Ras Mohammed for example at 6.30 am the site will not have such many boats as in daily And the marine life is more dense. I believe that you will see these sites from another perspective · This is a very special example: did you dive Ras Um El Sid as a dusk dive? Believe me although this site is the check dive for Liveaboard. But in the dusk when all the boats leave I personally saw what I didn't see elsewhere

What is the meaning of weather condition permitting and is it some times an excuse so that the boat doesn't go to some places?

  • When weather conditions are bad the skipper has the right and must cancel a destination if this weather will affect the safety of the guests or the boat and arrange if it is possible to make a second try next day.
  • If the conditions are not affecting the security but the skipper see that more than 50% of the group are experiencing difficulty (severe sea sickness) he must change his destination.
  • Is it an excuse sometimes? I don't think because the success of the boat and the crew depends on your satisfaction and we depend on your mouth advertising so we try to make as much as we can to let you come back again. So please if you have chosen a good boat trust the skipper he is doing his best.
