SHIPPING CAKE PREPARATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

Lady M takes great pride and care in shipping our cakes to you. Every order is delicately hand-packed and will arrive in a Lady M insulated bag. Once the package arrives, please follow the below steps to prepare and decorate your cakes:

STEP 1 UNBOX

Remove contents from insulated bag. This box contains dry ice.

DO NOT HANDLE DRY ICE WITH BARE HANDS OR SKIN - IT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.

To dispose of dry ice safely, allow the dry ice to evaporate inside the original box, away from children and pets.

DO NOT EAT OR CONSUME DRY ICE.

STEP 2 STORE

If not for immediate consumption upon arrival, please keep the frozen cake in the freezer at 0°F or below. You may keep the cake frozen for up to two months before serving.

STEP 3 THAW

To defrost, place the cake in the cake box inside a refrigerator at 33 - 41°F for a minimum of 10 hours. The length of defrosting time may vary due to the temperature of your refrigerator. Once defrosted, the cake should be consumed within 48 hours. Please keep cake in the refrigerator when not consuming. Do not re-freeze an already defrosted cake.

STEP 4 DECORATE

If your cake comes with cake toppings, please watch the below videos for the decoration instructions. For best results, use a heated knife (dipped in hot water) to slice the cake. Wipe the excess cream off knife with a clean paper towel before every slice. Do not leave outside of refrigerator beyond one hour.
