Mille Crêpes cakes (which couple layers of crêpes and cream) are popular around the world today, but did you know that Lady M was the original creator of this cake? Yes!

What are the Signature Mille Crêpes cakes made from?

There are three key components to this cake:
- Crêpes: There are at least 20 layers of crêpes in each cake. Each crêpe layer is handmade in the Lady M kitchens.
- Cream: We make our own pastry cream in house, it's light and whipped and so pure. We brush this cream between every crêpe layer.
- Caramelized Top: Each crêpe cake is finished in a different style. The Signature Mille Crêpes are finished with a caramelized top, giving it a deep golden finish.

What makes Signature Mille Crêpes so special?

High quality ingredients - From the eggs to the flour and even the sugar, we source only the best. In a cake where are are so few components, the quality of each ingredient shines through clearly.
Made by hand - Every part of our cake is made by hand. We make each one of those crêpe layers individually in our crêpe pans and layer them one by one, each separated with a brush of pastry cream.

How to order Signature Mille Crêpes?

Visit a Lady M boutique (clients may purchase slices for takeout/dine-in or whole cakes).

- Shipping to any of the 48 contiguous states. We flash freeze our cakes right before shipping. Once received, clients are advise thaw the cake in the fridge for 24 hours before serving.
- Delivery to a physical NYC address.
- Pickup at a Lady M boutique of your choice.
