Signing up is easy. Simply create an account online or join when you make a purchase in-store. Already have an account? Sign in to your account, navigate to your profile, and click "Enroll" under "Lady M Rewards". Start earning Stars immediately with every purchase.

How do I earn Stars?

You earn 1 Star for every dollar you spend at Lady M—and 1.5x Stars when you use a Lady M Gift Card to shop. How do I redeem my rewards?

Once you reach 250 Stars, you can redeem them for $10 off your next order. The redemption can only be applied to orders that equal or exceed the coupon amount. For example, if you redeem 250 Stars, your order must be at least $10.

Do my Stars expire?

Yes, Stars expire after 12 months, giving you time to earn and redeem at your convenience!

How do I receive my 100 Star signup bonus?

When you sign up online, you'll automatically receive 100 Stars. When you sign up in boutiques, you'll receive 50 Stars upon enrollment and 50 more once you complete your online profile at ladym.com/signup. Please note, you must use the same phone number for both your boutique and online accounts.

I signed-up and I’m not seeing my 100 Star bonus. When will my Stars appear in my account?
