Signing up is easy. Simply create an account online or join when you make a purchase in-store. Already have an account? Sign in to your account, navigate to your profile, and click "Enroll" under "Lady M Rewards". Start earning Stars immediately with every purchase.

You earn 1 Star for every dollar you spend at Lady M—and 1.5x Stars when you use a Lady M Gift Card to shop. Stars are calculated on the net pre-tax amount after discounts and promotions, and any fractional Stars are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Once you reach 250 Stars, you can redeem them for $10 off your next order. The redemption can only be applied to orders that equal or exceed the coupon amount. For example, if you redeem 250 Stars, your order must be at least $10.

Yes, Stars expire after 12 months, giving you time to earn and redeem at your convenience!

When you sign up online, you'll automatically receive 100 Stars. When you sign up in boutiques, you'll receive 50 Stars upon enrollment and 50 more once you complete your online profile at ladym.com/signup. Please note, you must use the same phone number for both your boutique and online accounts.

It takes about 10 minutes for the 100-Star bonus to show up on your account—if you aren’t seeing them reflected in your account after 10 minutes, we would be happy to assist.

Use the same phone number when both creating an online account and shopping at your local Lady M Boutique to automatically sync your rewards across platforms.

Stars are not earned on the purchase price of Lady M Gift Cards, the purchase of alcoholic beverages, applicable sales or use taxes and other governmental charges, tips and gratuities, credits or discounts applied after the sale, transactions that are voided, returned, refunded, or cancelled, shipping, handling, delivery, and service fees, or purchases made through third-party delivery service providers (including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, Fantuan, and HungryPanda).

Not quite! You’ll earn Stars when you use a gift card to shop — but not when purchasing or reloading the gift card itself. The good news? Reloading your gift card is quick and easy, so you can keep using it (and keep earning 1.5x the points) anytime.

Customers may retroactively claim credit for transactions made on or after October 22, 2025 to earn eligible Stars by contacting our Guest Services team. You have 14 days from the purchase date to claim Stars using your receipt number or transaction ID. To receive credit, please ensure the transaction is submitted under the same phone number associated with your Lady M Rewards account. Transactions dated prior to October 22, 2025, are not eligible for retroactive rewards.
